Christmas Lunch- free of charge

We are delighted to announce that our special Christmas Lunch (which includes a vegetarian option) will be on Thursday 16 th December. This will be provided for all pupils by the Academy free of charge. We see this as a wonderful opportunity for the pupils to share a meal at this special time of the year. As per the Oakfield tradition, pupils will be served by Oakfield Staff ! You may provide a packed lunch for your child on the day, if you do not wish them to participate. Please note the kitchen is not providing snacks at break time on this day.

Kindly confirm if your child requires a Christmas Lunch / Vegetarian Lunch / No Christmas Lunch on Parentpay by choosing ‘PAY FOR OTHER ITEMS’ and Christmas Lunch 2021, this will take you to the appropriate consent section. Please respond by Friday 3 rd December.

We are happy for pupils to wear their ‘Christmas jumpers’ on this day, however all other items of uniform should be worn. They can of course wear their school sweatshirt if they prefer. Whilst donations to Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Campaign are not required for children to join in, if you would like to make a donation at https://christmas.savethechildren.org.uk/fundraising/cjd210018658 this would be greatly appreciated.
